the pool and bar area was fantastic

my kids made me promise to write a good review for tenaya lodge - they raved about the entire stay

they even provide free self serve laundry and drying machines which is very convenient

there is also laundry facilities that are free to use, which was really helpful

great location. ok gym.

the pool and jacuzzi are closed during winter hours.

not a lot of screaming unruly kids

pool and hot tub were not working.

i understand that some dogs can be quite destructive and ours get lumped into the overall pool of dogs

lovely location with outdoor swimming pool. bedroom was also excellent with comfortable bed

pool is a great addition and superb in case you are lazy zo go to the park or the lake

there is a lovely pool to cool off in

the views from the pool are great too

the pool was cold but great for swimming laps (50’)

i wish there was a little playground or some more activities for kids.

the kids were able to play since there is so much space to run without having to worry about cars or

the food choices are basic here and you can access rhe shuttle easily to get to hikes and different places to eat

dont stay without it yosemite is beautiful good pizza shop, bar and general store

even a starbucks nearby the lodge which makes your stay pretty convenient, especially with young kids

recommend for families with young kids

my tablet hooked up fine, kids phones, good but after 20+ attempts to get my phone into the network, i gave up

but staff were all college kids who behaved like it’s their own spring break

great swimming pool for the kids

the only part that's bothersome are the dust on the ceiling fan, the ledges in the bathroom and kitchen , the blinds and the cabinets

so peaceful and per friendly accommodated our early check in request

i had a lovely evening at the wine bar where lisa and the locals (it was open mic night) made me feel very included and welcome

with hot water, had to wait several minutes to have hot shower for very short time (or not), the kitchen is basically empty except the wine glasses, not even basic cutlery

had the spa suite

we really had a lot of fun in the pool and hot tub, which are located inside a building

good position to get into wonderful yosemite room large bathroom enormous had king room with spa bath easy parking no wifi but yosemite is worth it

our standard room had a kitchen, which was very convenient

no milk in the shop when we arrived but the bar gave us a cup full for cereals!

no microwave in the room. no laundry room on site.

parking is limited around most cabins and if you have to park at the top lot after hiking all day,

further more the location was excellent lots of other comments over parking but we found it to be ample and easy not too sure why people are struggling with that

didnt like the parking area but they do have 3 lots, the first is small, the second is bigger and the 3rd is huge

the bed is comfortable and you can take coffee/fruits for fast breakfast

morning continental breakfast on the deck watching a flight of hummingbirds feed is a delightful way to start each

she even prepared a breakfast bag for us as we headed to climb half dome at night

she knew we wanted to head to yosemite early, so she had breakfast ready early every day
