not to mention the swimming pool in the summer

ran out of eggs at breakfast, juice bar not working

a little more out of the way than expected. breakfast was offered but wasnt very good.

the laundry was not working

room was great, comfortable bed and the kids loved the pool

even with a 1 am check in kids loved the indoor

friendly staff, clean rooms, clean pool, clean laundry room, the room was comfortable, and the shower was hot and refreshing

the bed was so comfy and the staff at breakfast was very sweet

a little hard to navigate into the parking lot. it's behind a restaurant and car dealership

nice facilities and plenty of parking.

but then shoney's is only across the parking lot

i will be truthful i do not think we would of eaten at the breakfast if we had to pay for it

there was no courtesy shuttle as advertised and the desk clerk lied to us about why

to ask if the shuttle would be avail that day to the coliseum

the bar closed way too early on a weekend night.

and staff were excellent; person checking me in was friendly and the shuttle service (marty) was great

the kids enjoyed the pool and the hours were great allowing plenty of time for enjoyment

due to weather conditions (snow) the parking lots was also maintained well (-)parking was tight,but manageable. (+)was new, clean, well lit parking lot with ample parking (+)off exit parking (-)hard to get out of parking lot with all the traffic almost need a light right there (-)be even more fantastic when the pool is finished in a couple weeks, and the shops open across the parking lot (+)plenty of parking space and easy of access for a 26' moving truck. (+)location was easy to get to. parking was easy. bathroom was a good size. plenty of towels. (-) sheer curtains in a room that was facing parking lot with lights on all night

enjoyed the continental breakfast

they were visiting for wvu gymnastics camp

beds were very comfortable, the hotel staff was warm and friendly and the breakfast was wonderful

the breakfast was pathetic compared to pre-covid.

the parking lot and roads have craters and canyons in them that would've impressed thelma and louise as

not much lighting in the parking lot and the entrance on the back side of hotel

the pool was a lot cooler than expected for an indoor pool and we thought there was a hot tub.

entry into the parking lot is a bit tricky due to the proximity of the intersection

also the shuttle took us to the hospital that was nice not having to fight for a parking spot once we got there

was a very large wolf spider in the pool which was a little off-putting
