the recent coronavirus situation many properties have to close facilities like the pool and spa, and no breakfast was available

not being aware that i had late check out and opening my door with their own key before i had a chance to answer the door

breakfast in the morning, clean, comfortable and quiet rooms in a great location

big suite/room - staff even added a roll out bed sumptuous breakfast, free parking

were under the impression that there was parking and a shuttle service to the airport but there was not

price was $300 less than downtown boston 3 star hotels. plenty of parking.

parking garage was small, had to park on the lot a little further from the hotel, but was well lit

parking was free and the location was convenient and easy to get around

machine didn t work and the parking lot was being tarred which inconvenienced everyone

hotel reach there no room they send us back to holiday inn it was the worst nightmare for me and kids 3 am we were still waiting for ö room to

a lot of work elevators dirty divots in the floor of elevators, ice room laundry area dirty, ceiling in bathroom was pealing, just looked unkept

asked for early check in and didn’t get it when i arrived

with hypodermic needles drug paraphernalia trash the hallways smell of something sour rotten this laundry being done 24 hours a day you can hear it all night long in your room the staff is not

i was very pleasantly surprised to discover we had washing machines and dryers for laundry on each floor

looking at the building from the outside, it looked awful, with laundry hanging in the windows and a lot of shady looking people hanging around outside

unplanned event occurred and hotel was able to allow me an early check in

promised pool would be open memorial day weekend and was closed! kids bummed out ..

maybe more details about the common kitchen/area at check-in would have been good

no gluten free options for breakfast
