hotel employee did a late check out for us

our room was worn, complimentary items in bathroom all mismatched, loud kids running the halls

beds were not comfortable, the hot tub did not work and it was full of kids that were not staying at the hotel

very clean, nice breakfast

i didn’t like to creepy walk to the pool next door

loved the size of our room. bed was comfy. like the breakfast. good experience of all.

guests have access to the crown plaza pool & sauna next door which was a great plus

at the front desk was very polite and kind i would stay there again and the pool was open for the guest as well

i love the spa and we also loved the fitness center and the hot tub of course was a plus

our room was amazing helpful staff. bar staff was amazing food was great too

the staff is very friendly and the bar is good for an after travel drink. treat yourself there.

i'll call you directly next time the woman (don't remember name) next door was in the parking lot to greet when we arrived (+)easy access. clean. friendly. parking in front of room. will stay again (-)it was ok just parking was tight (-) they did not make snow removal of the very small parking lot a priority
