not anyone fault but kids hoped heated pool in winter

the pool was very clean

pool wasn't heated as advertised and laundry facilities not working.

also only picked this hotel for the pool/spa but it was closed

she often checked on us, she was always friendly to talk to, she gently reminded us of pool or lobby hours and she even offered otter pops for the kids to enjoy

honestly the only thing i didnt like was that the pool closed so early

lots of hotels offer breakfast, but they also offer a snack and a free well drink from the bar every night

the kitchen staff made a great breakfast, the cleaning staff didn't intrude and was also helpful on our

we were to close to the desk so we could hear them setting up for breakfast.

the property, provided breakfast and convenience to the parks were amazing.

everything was pretty good, they don’t provide laundry bags anymore

also, for future reference, the hotel may want to stock up on quarters, laundry detergent and dryer sheets

room ,staff, restaurant with fantastic menu, excellent gym with a peloton bike, weights, stretching, nice access to outdoor light and water in that gym

i know there are full kitchens in the hotel, there was a smell of curry of some sort along the hallway going into my room

the size of the room, and the fabulous kitchen, made taking care of my special needs son easy.
