staff customer service and the fact they went far and beyond to accomodate our early check in

the server was using used plates and using the kitchen spoon that touched the used plate

room was clean, the breakfast was delicious, but what really distinguished the 5 start service at this hotel was the

clean, confortable. excellent breakfast.
