spa tub needs a good cleaning of the jets

the spa tub was my favorite experience of the room!

the room was awesome, especially the spa bath!!

the large tub/shower was a plus, as was the extra sink and kitchen area

free parking, free wifi and included breakfast all add great value to the stay

hot tub and gym is under construction

gym was dirty and the pool too cold to go in

a connecting fully equipped 24/7 gym

they ran out of alot of food. not enough variety for breakfast.

i went to the room first before the kids, it was frozen cold, maybe consider raising the heating for early check in

they offered the hot breakfast again, which is very exciting!!!

the room itself was like a studio, a whole kitchen w stove and toaster and microwave

traveling on a small budget, i really enjoyed my little kitchen

we were also surprised to find that there was a fully equipped kitchen in the room

too many college kids making noise, but it wasn t in my area of the hotel.

was excellent, fantastic facility with room service, dining room, bar, and gift shop

can't comment on any other facilities like pool or gym because of covid closings

a lot of noisy kids running everywhere, even at 2am

hard beds. no coin machine in laundry room

were put in a room right across from the elevators and the laundry room and all we heard all night was the dinging of the elevator door every 3 minutes and

was able to use laundry facilities

were able to be made for early check in

laundry soap was not available making a trip necessary to purchase

new hotel with very nice pool and gym

we enjoyed the heated pool and the hot tub as soon as we arrived

breakfast was plentiful and there was something for everyone in our party

there could have been more towels provided in our suite and in the pool area.

i stayed with my two kids and we liked it

my 9yr old son and i loved the fact that the pool was very clear and clean and it was not over powering with chlorine and chemicals, because

breakfast was mediocre. comfortable beds.

the bar and restaurant are top notch - good array of beers on fraught, excellent cocktails, great wait

this is my only regret as the dining area and bar look charming

the location was on top of a very noisy restaurant/ bar with loud live music

and sitting area upstairs were very nice but rest of property was empty and didn’t realise that bar and restaurant would be closed on tuesday which was disappointing as nowhere else nearby to go

loved fire in room. friendly staff and overall ambience. great bar and bar food.
