you can use sauna, whirlpool, gym (quite old and rusty), take part in yoga classes, bee dances and other classes and experiences

we weren't given any information about the use of the spa or the included breakfast which i am assuming makes up most of the nightly cost

to have a certain experience (very free spirited) but do not come here if you are looking for a spa hotel or a comfortable base to visit the volcanoes national park

the spa & infrared light sauna is just what we needed

i was afraid to use anything in the kitchen, even to make sandwiches on the counter

having laundry facilities was great

although we did not end using it, we appreciated that also a laundry room was available with everything necessary, which is a huge plus

laundry room is very helpful

we would have rented both 2-bedroom suites which would have given us access to the upper kitchen and living room

and i imagine s were much nicer than the park lodge however the lodge had a bar and restaurant which seemed pretty lively

location is just outside of volcanoes np, the room was spacious, the beds were cozy, the breakfast was perfect

breakfast was served even before 8am so we were able to eat before heading out to the park

our hot breakfast was a real treat

we liked it - the kids loved that each room was unique. adorable place

kitchen area only had a coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge

as a kitchenette but i’d say it wasn’t

i arrived before check in, sonia suggested i’ll change and stay at the pool until my room was ready

we spent a lot of time at the pool which had a really nice seating area and a beautiful buddha statue adding to a serene feel

hotel activities, the staff, amenities, location, value, clean, wifi, a working space, laundry, pool, good hot coffee

the laundry is very efficient and the staff very helpfull

from my room was amazing the security guy went beyond his job, went back to the hotel late and no parking space but he made a way to get us

friendly staff, clean rooms with kitchenettes and free parking.

parking lot was a little small, but otherwise everything was great

pool wasn’t heated no gym no dedicated food place to buy snacks etc

we were traveling with kids who are very little and wish the pool had a more shallow end.

pool was average, gym was very good (for a hotel)

the bar had a nice view and the drinks were excellent. the service was excellent as well

hotel gym is pretty well equipped

make friends with your neighbors as you are in close proximity to each other and share the kitchen and laundry facilities

we used the kitchen usually twice a day for breakfast and dinner and that worked well

it had a full kitchen and a laundry room it's a good place to stay for the price

very friendly and helpful, laid back, appreciated the kitchen and laundry facilities too.
