pool only no outdoor hot tub

allowed us a late check out so we had time to pack up after our manatee swim tour

took my wife all around the site to show her the pool and gym as week as inform us that breakfast had rules

the staff were lovely and friendly, hotel was spotless and great breakfast

hotel was very nice and everything was clean! pool was also a great bonus to the stay!

we enjoyed going to homosassa state park which was close for 13 dollars and we had lots to do

very nice staff, very clean environment, beautiful spa tub

the gym is really basic; it needs some weights.

though i didn't get to use it, the mineral pool sounded great

plenty of fishing, boat rentals there or you can go tubing at the state park - i love the gator den

in room loud kids running around (you could hear em thru the walls) i accidently rebooked, and after contacted

it even had a few things i didn't use such as free internet and i believe there was a gym i didn't go to

and roaches the bathroom had mold in the shower and the floor had not been mopped in months my kids feet was totally black

room was comfortable with both exterior exit to the parking lot so you can park right outside your door and an interior exit so you can go down the

parking spot directly in front of my room w/ direct access.

very concerned about loiterers in the parking lot who seemed to spend their time getting stoned

to florida classic park, property very clean and up-to-date, easy to access and parking is ample, despite being close to the highway it was very quiet with windows

parking on the grass in the back w no sidewalk

only problem was that there was not enough parking for the rooms at microtel inn & suites

but they were understanding and didn't charge us extra for a late check out

as well as the laundry room convenience, that was a plus

fitness room was sufficient, missed a weightlifting device

breakfast had no options for people who are low carb or diabetic

the pool was clean and enjoyable
