we ran out of water twice...we had to ask for towel s... does not have a pool...

air conditioner didn't cool large room very well. pool closed no stores nearby

room was very clean, house keeping was great, breakfast buffet was good and the gym was always clean and stocked with supplies
the breakfast was always really good the entire staff was pleasant and helpful
nice to have a change machine so i wouldnt need to get an uber to go out to get it in order to do laundry
we had four rooms at the hotel, 2 rooms for me and my kids (over 18) , my brother, my sister and her husband
