room was huge cause it was a suite which included a living room and a kitchen which was nice to have to make a few meals during my stay

each morning was a unique breakfast. it was well made, and reflected the new mexico culture.

husband and i enjoyed our stay at the hacienda, hotel and spa

hacienda is the nicest hotel with spa we have stayed at in santa fe especially for the $--- night vipprice

we stayed 2 nights and it wasn’t until the following afternoon, we were told about the bar on the 6th floor

the parking lot was confusing and the main lobby entrance was not marked at all.

it was impossible to make a left turn out of the hotel parking lot

to drive around to get to the mall when the parking lot looked like it could have been open straight to the mall

only one way in and out of the parking lot was difficult getting to and from places.

i was sick with stomach flu and they accommodated my request for early check in

i'm disabled and the pool and hot tub was very difficult to get into

loved my entire stay- i was enjoying a relaxing weekend from kids and the hubs

pool was a little rundown and only had one set of tall stairs (not super great for kids but this is ok)

kids in room above our room running all night couldn’t sleep

have been cool if they had a bar that was open more than 3 hours a day, but since we had planned to visit other local bars this

they gym needs better equipment.

the pool was just opening so we didn t get to swim but the hot tub was amazing
