we particularly enjoyed the large jacuzzi in the room and the beautiful infinity pool

free monkey boat tour in the morning, there are free kayaks to use on the beautiful lake and the breakfast is just delicious

we enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the hotel which was all delicious with beautiful views

the rooms are of a high standard and the restaurant and bar are excellent

i personally didn’t like that there was no self service laundry

were so soft, they had everything you need in the rooms, 24hr security and safe enclosed parking

i like the facilities, they were awesome, the pool and the amenities are nice.

all night, front desk charged us despite already paying agoda, front desk offered us coffee at breakfast then asked for money

there is no free shuttle, we had to pay; the gym is not working, all 3 machines there are not working, there is just

is no airport shuttle even though one is listed on here

breakfast was terrible (you are only allowed a set breakfast of dry pancakes if included in your

late check out, clean rooms
