they allowed us to late check out without any additional charge which was awesome

they stored our luggage in a locked private area, and got us early check in to keep the inconvenience minimal

check out was 12, and very quick check in process, and actually we were able to do early check in

we did ask before hand about the parking with the hotel and was told as long as we got there early there would be a space available
