casino

covid19 caused a lot of issues that would not be fair if asserted these issues as if the hotel or casino was at fault

staff at the o & h restaurant at the casino. extremely slow and not customer friendly.

clean and friendly staff. casino is awesome!!

they have a small kitchen, and a hospitality bar with local brews on tap and wines

we loved that there is an open kitchen with coffee makers (didn't see any tea but i'm sure it would have been provided if i asked)

the bar in house is a great way to meet other guests and find out about the town and the music venues

the large lobby and kitchen/dining area encouraged interaction

the lobby has a small bar with a fire place that is amazing

was no continental breakfast ud83eudd5e due to covid-19

no in-room coffee, but coffee was convenient with breakfast

breakfast very basic but ok. but often had to ask for things.

the guest laundry was good—bring your own detergent—and the dryer runs forever, so your clothes will get

the owner then arrived to clean it out, however should have been done before breakfast started

pool was not open and what i could see it was dirty and had green algae in the pool there was also

pool not functioning, refrigerator stopped in the night and ruined very expensive medication, parts

breakfast was delicious

the next day we eat breakfast

i also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast it had a good variety and was always fresh
