i was also driving a u-haul truck and forgot to call ahead to ask about parking it on-site, but the woman at the front desk was super accommodating

in the instructions for the spa on screen, they advise you to use your room key for access, though the spa bands only work in

spa staff were a bit militant… a smile goes a long way.
