pool and exercise room had been flooded and were not working

the lady running breakfast sis a great job keeping food stocked and everything clean

the staff was very nice and friendly and the complementary breakfast was good, complete with hot items (eggs, bacon, sausage, etc)

the tables in the breakfast area are close and the area is not very big.

carpets are dirty. my kids were filthy after crawling around.

the room was spacious and we had a direct door( back door) to the parking lot (+)rooms are clean and comfortable upfront parking to your room (-) it was uncomfortable to walk to and from the parking lot with people right outside my door (-)alot of trash in the parking lot (+)parking a big trailer was very east, (+)it was inexpensive. the ac worked. there was parking for my trailer. (-) trash cans out in the parking lot full the whole time we were there

there had been more of a breakfast and the pool is closed but bed was comfy and great
