for trips to disney-about 15 minute drive without all of the hassle; this property also offers shuttles to the theme parks

don't normally go to the pool but when i went this go around they didn't have any towels

our room had ok kitchen facilities but fridge was old

it gave our kids time to play before bed

a friday and saturday evening the hotel parking lot is taken up by the valet from the kobe restaurant

if i m just being picky, parking was a little tricky at times

honestly i was a bit worried about staying here given some comments regarding parking availability and rooms' cleanliness, but there were no issues at all

we decided to drive instead, which resulted in an extra usd30 parking cost at universal, which i had hoped to avoid

is insuficient and was very, very far of our rooms and please don't let people smoke in the laundry hall because smell very bad to others washing at the same time and is not good for the kids

the pool was dirty full of leaves and i wanted to go swimming.

the only complaint that i have is that the pool wasn't clean and i wanted to go swimming
