second night we just had room service sandwiches ( as we had had eaten earlier in the day ) which was no trouble for them (-) the brochure in the room stated that room service was available it wasn t (+) 1) we overslept and could not be bothered to rush for breakfast ,so ordered room service for a continental breakfast

liked how friendly the hotel was, and the staff, the pool and spa tub was nice touch

operated system for the hot tub and had raided my coin jar as partly i wanted a relaxing/recharge spa break as part of my weekend-but after £2 in the tub was no hotter

exits blocked in bar crisps at bar was 4weeks out of date the young lad behind the bar serving us didnt look old

the kids felt comfortable too

couple of nights were noisy with kids running round screaming but didn't complain as price for 3 nights was good

fire escape door wedged open all night and led straight on to car park and a load of kids come in the middle of the night

the shower was dirty and door hard to open, kids could quite easily get burned in there

never got a decent sleep due to noisy kids in property and constant slamming of doors day and night

the lounge could stay lit a bit later so you have somewhere to go after kids in bed

secondly, when we got the kids ready for the shower we see the shower glass door comes away, we called the person in charge

1 minute walk which was perfect as having kids and lots of bags

though i don’t think it would be possible a bath would have been great for kids as my daughter hatessss the shower she only had one the entire time we was there as she

expected to have family room for kids and parents, unfortunately we can’t find , we tried to booking 2 rooms unfortunately
