parking was convenient

having a handicapped friend, the entry was too far from the parking lot

parking is tight.

one more thing, the outdoor tub was quite close to the parking lot, so a guest was trying to park and apparently was having difficulty and we heard a lot

more parking space.

there was a $30 pet fee that was not on the website. it just said pet friendly.

also, the pet fee is pretty high

laundry facility very convenient and efficient

the soaking in the bath spa with hot springs water was heaven

was my fourth stay at the pelicanspa

a little uninteresting, we went to the lake state park, ok for fishing or boating but not walking

was pleased there were laundry facilities we were not expecting

excellent parking for a truck pulling a tow

suggestion i have would be a little sign in the laundry with the approximate time the loads will take

when i complained about a decapitated deer totally exposed in the back of a truck in the parking lot, the guy at the desk just walked away with no comment

easy parking, nice room.

was not working the day of the departure and was difficult to get the luggage down to the parking lot

parking lot needs paving and some of the guests were partying in the parking lot making me

parking was confusing.
