our room needed more electrical wall plugs, a coffee maker, larger beds, plus the swimming pool was not accessible due to needed repairs

the pool had no working skimmers and needed some work on the grout around the pool

pool was under repair/not accessible

the pools sides/walls were so jagged that both of my kids had scratches all over their feet

complimentary breakfast was good, but not outstanding. pool and exercise facility were minimal.
