was guaranteed early check in only to be told day of that was not happening

early check in and extending my stay was very easy. also staff is very courteous. very quiet.

but, my kids and i were getting to town later in the evening and getting up first thing for girls state

we had access to shuttle services and free valet parking because we stayed 3 nights, something we only found out when we checked in

rooftop bar open late (at least during our stay) and nice restaurant (+) the rooftop bar was the perfect way to send the day (+) roof-top bar was wonderful with an amazing menu of craft cocktails (+) the bed was comfortable to sleep on and the mini bar in the room was beyond impressive, since they had full/medium size bottles of liquor that (+) the roof top bar with very fair prices

the staff were nice, the rooms are exceptionally clean, and the room service from heritage restaurant was one of the best meals i've ever had

look/ design, location, staff, in-hotel bar, 24 hr pool and jacuzzi .

it was not far from lambeau field so when the kids were tired it was not a far drive.
