(+)and friendly staff, great restaurant on property with generous breakfast, pleasant rural setting and comfortable rooms, nice views, beautiful fruit trees and (+) good breakfast (+) great breakfast which was included and also had great diner options which we enjoyed on the patio (+) for breakfast buffet is rich, you have a lot of choices - basically anything you want
