was limited lobby bar service after 20:00, only an irish bar, which was really a kids bollowing

in august is 100% spanish and almost exclusive for families and spanish families have an army of kids

bed very comfy and the shower gel etc were lovely - there was a large spa with jets and saunas, steam room and hammam which needs to be booked and costs euro 20

enough cups for tea/coffee during breakfast (late joiners so it may be understandable) and not polished cutlery sometimes, however (+)food was fresh and perfectly cooked excellent breakfast and lunch and dinner could not find any fault and plenty of it nothing i can think (+) david in particular who engaged with us in english, he liked my tea mug that i used to take to breakfast each morning, a very nice man (+)they was a very good variety of food for all breakfast, lunch and dinner (-)meal timetables are a bit harder to respect with young kids (8 am breakfast, 7 pm dinner) but there are plenty of other snack areas available so one never goes (+) family atmosphere, good breakfast, cleanliness, great evening entertainment on friday for the white party (+) the food was amazing at breakfast, lunch and dinner (+)selection for meal times, for breakfast for example would have liked fresh orange juice (+) this is a very very busy hotel, but we never had an issue with sun loungers, and breakfast, lunch, dinner is of a very high standard, moreso if you book the themed restaurants (+)stayed here befor and it s a lovely hotel, very big but no ques for breakfast or dinner , the pool bar was a continuous que but moved quickly , it s spotlessly clean

the gymnasium was rubbish

gym wasn t great for the size of the hotel

the snack bar has the same every single day maybe changing this up every 2-3 days would be good

very fashionable and sophisticated place with great breakfast and great facilities

as hotel has recently opened but there were massive queues for everything - check in, check out, breakfast, dinner and getting drinks at pool
