we received an unexpected upgrade to a wonderful room with laundry cabinet-this made our stay very comfortable

off the pool, but we couldn't re-enter and would have to parade thru the restaurant patio, the gym and then across the entire 5th floor to get to our room

during room service, robes were removed without replacement, and dirty cutlery was left on the table
