the pool areas, especially the outdoor pool. beautiful and easy to walk in.

the golf course was nice and well kept

staff, clean,spacious ,gate security, comfortable beds,nice location,indoor and outdoor pool,gym,fireplace, garden style

and outdoor pools, basketball court, mini golf, and small gym

many activities, foosball, shuffleboard, mini golf, volleyball, to keep families busy having fun

breakfast was delicious

we liked the courtyard, european style room, spa tub, surrounding vineyards, wine available in the room, availability of massage services,

wish the menu of the restaurant on sight had a larger selection and we wish the hotel had a bar with drinks and appetizers for the evening

maybe only keep the pool deck a bit cleaner from the natural environment.

the free breakfast is full course - quiche, croissants, scones prepared on site, fresh fruits, great coffee

we were too far from the gym and spa.

they have many amenities and we were pleasantly surprised by the free laundry machines right on our floor

we weren’t expecting the activities room and the kids loved it

was quiet and roved from all of the busyness of downtown the property had a beautiful golf course as well

they have activities, arts and crafts a pool golf movies bike riding

the cleanliness of the room, spacious and the kitchen had everything one would need.

my kids definitely enjoyed the fact that the pool stayed open until 10 pm

staff all over from front desk to wait staff in eagles and elements to spa ladies were friendly and helpful

little expensive to golf but the hotel was beautiful!! would definitely stay again!!

to busch gardens they even have a free shuttle directly to the park there is a lazy river pool which is awesome, servers to bring you food and drinks poolside, towels, rafts, music,

afternoon snack kids loved it/ location

due to covid 19 restrictions, but alternative very good and easy to obtain, traveling with 4 kids and a dog very accommodating facility

great room....kitchen so handy....one side note....a thicker blanket would have been welcome.

we liked having everything we needed like the spacious kitchen, washer and dryer, and jacuzzi/ shower

pool areas were lovely, town square was lovely

the pools were great for kids, and there was a lot of space overall,

the cafe/bowling alley/mini golf were all unavailable during our stay, which definitely impacted our plans

room is large and comfortable for family with kids and older adults
