the pool was very clean and the water was warm.
asked for a late check out when i booked
i didn't like that breakfast wasn't hot breakfast. just grab to go breakfast.
felt clean and safe. spacious room. good breakfast.
clean and spacy room, enjoyable shower indoor pool with controlled temperature, nice little gym with dumb bells and treadmill decent breakfast

my kids like the upstairs and downstairs
they are understanding and very good with kids you can tell its a place for familys
bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was so unexpected
pool was great, warm water, area was quiet, breakfast was great, many choices.
breakfast is average for a hotel, not great but not terrible

plenty of parking, and convenient to shopping and dining in black mountain
parking is a little tight and as new patrons, wasn t sure as where to check in
their location is great for walking to restaurants and shops, parking was easy as well.
the owners are super attentive and the breakfast was delicious
