property was very close to shops and had plenty of parking

modern facilities staff where very friendly we got there a little early and the lady behind the bar kept our bags and later put them in the room for us while we was out would 100% stay there

all the staff were very helpful and lovely to speak with especially the bar staff working in the unicorn bar

nice and clean resturant ok bar ok pleasant staff,friendly local people.

the hotel is in a beautiful setting with extensive grounds and golf courses

i loved the spa treatments, and the black truffle pasta was so tasty!

we tried room service but they said they couldn't do it

charged 5 room service for the 'cutlery and tray' when i carried my dinner to my room

room service would be good, but knowing the geography of the building would most likely be

room bar service

the staff were unable to accommodate the advertised room service as the restaurant was busy
