small issue - noise from stairs - only time really issue was when kids were running up/down.

they loved all the activities and the slide at the pool

were going through pool renovations so we had no pool or spa access unless we shuttled to the other site

hotel is on a golf course, with access to beautiful pool and fitness center that are part of property, as well as nice, casual restaurant
don’t miss the very high quality 27 holes golf and fitness center
the pool area is the best pool for kids i have ever seen

the gym was outdated
bar was excellent
the pool is so much fin for the kids and the poolside cafe has some great tasting food

it was november, so that's definitely a factor: quiet, pool area not crowded, staff friendly.
it was very family friendly and the kids loved swimming at the pool
the view of the golf course and the front desk went above and beyond our service expectations
secluded, nice view of the golf course, beautiful balcony
unfortunately did not have time or opportunity to try the restaurant or golf facilities
