owners lovely - pool was heated and beautiful

had a dedicated room with a full-scale kitchen equipped with a good number of pots, pans and silverware

it was really clean and the kitchen was well equipped

clean room and great kitchen

) i used the laundry room (washer and dryer) which was very handy

the room was clean and comfortable and the kids really enjoyed the outside pool

ok for adult couple but def wouldn't bring kids

right beside timmies (always busy) had a tub in our room which was amazing & the pool was nice too

within walking distance, tim hortons next door, attractions within walking distance, the pool was fun to cool down in during the hot days as well

spa was good

fake and falling apart gas fireplace. there is no room service. the pool was not available.

pool was open which was great to keep the kids occupied

no room service. parking fee a little high.

when we arrived and pulled into the parking lot, there was someone outside that greeted us and showed us where

beds were as stiff as gym mats on a floor

there was gum in the warm towels from the laundry :( my toilet leaked around the base onto the floor

we had breakfast at the casino niagara

we spent our only full day in the falls doing laundry due to the bugs

it’s our second time and we actually went to the pool and gym (facilities were great)

we were unable to connect to wifi in our room. it seemed to be a problem specific to our room.

we walked to skylon and casino niagara which took about 20 minutes

fantastic hidden gym that is within walking distance of all of the sites of niagara

a bit far from the casino

would have been nice to have lunch or dinner room service, but not a deal breaker since many restaurants are within walking distance and offer

updated very well, close to a lot of shopping,falls,casino

and it's lights up and multiple colors at nights and the decorations furnitures, the tour and room service, my mother loves the big

room overlooked clifton hill and my grandson loved it we were so close to everything and the water park is

there was an outdoor pool and rooftop where you could see nice views and fireworks

my coverup and felt self conscious to walk to the water park

location couldn't have been more perfect for a family with two young kids

hotel is also connected to many places including the hard rock cafe, casino, arcade, and water park

great breakfast
