only downfall is that there isn't a pool. not their fault but i assumed there was.
gym was not well equipped and the equipment that was available didn't work well
free wifi and free parking
just wish room service was till late
parking is free, a mini fridge and microwave is included, and the tv has a chrome cast and easy

swimming pool. the smell of the chlorine is really strong and burns your eyes a lot.
it was real clean and very comfortable and the kids love the pool and breakfast was delicious..
layout of the double suite was fantastic, it was clean, all of the amenities in the kitchen were great
everything was excellent, but one of the tvs in the kids room was not connected so they couldn't watch their favourite shows
so i arrange an extension to channel (one of the staff) for late check out

small gym was good
4) room tv channels are paid channels, regular channels are less interesting please monitor your kids if they use to watch any movies will be charged cad25/movie
there was no pool and they're breakfast was bogus
my kids couldn't eat anything

also, having working laundry facilities on my floor was a bonus
our room service was delivered (food was delightful) and our server exceeded our expectations (+)were very accommodating, room service was great (-)room service was slow but they did call to say it was still coming and the food was good. (+)room service though not many options (+)the room was spacious, and the room service was great. (+)bed great, clean, well appointed, room service food very good (+) chicken fingers from room service was amazing, the turkey club very disappointing as it s made with sliced deli meat (-)obvious wear and tear, lack of menu items at the restaurant, no room service (-) the server was doing drinks, answering room service orders, preparing the light dinner plates (+) having a restaurant on site that offers room service was really nice (-) the 2nd day around 2pm i tried to order room service again
none of the tvs worked so traveling with kids was difficult
5+ stars highly recommended pool opened from 6 am to midnight free parking
comfortable beds, large room for a family with 2 kids
