assistance in cancelling part of a joint booking with another customer the young man in the pool was professional in dealing with a tricky swimmer

very nice bar food & breakfast, wonderful old parts of the hall

for me, the wifi is a bit patchy and the tv in telford a pain yo turn on and off

wifi was poor at busy times

it's a shame the front of the hall has now been ruined by lots of glaring parking signs that are probably unnecessary

gave us a good welcome, parking was easy, room very comfortable, super breakfast

the spa tub was better than expected when i first looked at it

supposedly a deluxe suite= normal sized bedroom with four poster bed & 2 chairs, bathroom has a spa bath which has been there a long time, all the jet outlets were filthy, black mould on tiles

no room service offered on saturday rather than leaving the hotel to eat
