the pool and hot tub were nice, too

numerous good golf courses and red rock park for hiking within a 20 minute drive

full sized laundry in the unit and a full kitchen and refrigerator were available to us

comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, close to the strip, the mountains and other las vegas activities

there’s also a gym, which made it easy to keep up with workouts

wish they had room service

my favorite part of staying here is the 24 hour access to the pool and jacuzzi

the location of the resort. the spacious room. the kitchen was fully furnished with dishes.

it felt like home it was a real kitchen with nice dishes pots pans accessories

washer/dryer, kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom with a giant jacuzzi

didn't have to travel far because every thing was within walking distance and you also provided a shuttle

the unit was nice. it had in unit laundry. ridiculously oversized bathtub.

the gym was average.

the room is fully furnished, even did a load of laundry so i wouldn't have to wash when i got home

terrible food - terrible attitude from the staff - phone didn't work so we couldn't order room service - one pool was out of order with yellow caution tape - staff tried pressure selling us

kitchenette for self catering, and laundry

pool and spa area is awesome, it is clean, kitchen has all you need, bathtub has hydro massage

a short walk from parking to hotel lobby and then to room

pool area was nice and the gym/ spa was great, the italian restaurant nove in the palms is amazing the food and service is

liked the ghost bar and my party and i were able to get in free with our room key and reservation

i like the kitchen and the free kitchen utensils during the stay

she did not inform us where the pool or gym was at the hotel or if we could use the pool at the palms resort casino
