wish the outside pool didn’t close so early and had more things for teens to do.

staff at the coffee shop, bar and waterpark were fabulous, courteous and seemed to love their jobs

but really believe that the spa thing could have been handled a lot better and we wouldn't have had to have a stressed out 2

kids were able to get to play in the water park, play in the arcade, enjoy the ice cream

stayed on a friday night and there must have been some kids staying in the room above us that were jumping and running

the small indoor water park was great for our granddaughter

it is not a water park

love my stay the staff was excellent the rooms were clean booking was easy pool areas were clean i would recommend it to all my

we really enjoyed our king room with spa tub. the staff was helpful and polite.

let see i'm a gym rat so the fitness center was limited to what i need.

parking was ok. it was mostly on the side of the building. so some walking is needed.

you are not an at&t customer it was difficult to connect to the wifi

out of order/lobby and restaurant was full with kids with a birthday party and no room

inside the hotel is a full pool a sauna, an indoor and outdoor spa

good location, nice pool, hot tub and sauna.

the pool and hot tub are amazing, the kids preferred this over a big name waterpark hotel in town

corner suite with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen that accommodated my whole family

love that our stay included the natural lagoon beach, inflatable water park, and aloha beach, which you can do free kayaking and paddle boat

i go inside, staff were staring at me and it mad me uncomfortable bring watched, even in the pool area, when i just wanted to relax, it was making us paranoid

poolside drinks were a steep $15 a drink

the pool area was advertised to be much bigger. very disappointed in that.
