we enjoyed the pool and hot tub

we rent the suite with the full kitchen so that our daughter can prepare her own meals due to severe allergies and gluten

wifi was slow. when i travel for work i need real wifi.

breakfast and parking

the breakfast was great

we saw happy faces on the kids in the indoor pool

pool was great and kids had fun

staff gave some free snacks for the kids while we waited

the size of the rooms done like dinner in the evening and breakfast was all added amenities

we had a mini kitchen and having a fridge was very helpful

the owl bar and the tree room restaurant are wonderful

the new pool was lovely and largely the staff was super helpful and professional

room service was available

and i had a beautiful, wintery view and it was central to everything the resort had to offer; the spa was heaven; the food and drinks were delicious; i enjoyed walking the property and checking out

one night we re were in the owl bar and no one said hi or took our order for 10 minutes

spa and pool was great and very popular

kitchen not super well equipped - no non-stick fry pan, no spatula, no wet measuring cup

staff were friendly and the heated spa and pool at the end of a day's skiing was a fun way to relax and meet other people

balcony railing need replacement. pool will soon need modernizing

all was good but the pool

not enough pans to cook. needed more kitchen towels.
