we used this hotel as a halfway point overnight on a road trip with our two kids and two dogs and we enjoyed the property and were comfortable in it that we ended up booking
could hear late neighbors but not excessive. did not use the breakfast so cannot comment

and it gets nippy once your out of the heated pool, so i recommend turning up the heat before u get out of either pool
