good hot breakfast

breakfast starting at 8, would of liked it bit earlier

little more eye to detail needed at breakfast which is set out without any staff available

good choice of bar food

but the bar staff went out of their way to find us a takeaway that delivered and let us eat it in the

could hear hosts when using their kitchen

very comfortable stay, nice bed, lovely breakfast and friendly welcoming host

i particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed and the delicious breakfast

parking can be a bit tricky if both rooms are occupied but there is road parking if needed.

clean, with the host (louisa) offering advice about places to visit around the area (catering for kids)

hotel, beautiful rooms, staff amazing and the bar area is like the rooms tastefully decorated

friendly greeting. lovely room and bar area. the location is superb.

location was perfect for us and we were pleased to have parking on site too

central location but v quiet, lots of car parking & exceptional customer service.

hotel was an excellent location for visiting swanage and had parking which is a real bonus there
