the loft room is amazing for parents with kids

the breakfast could have been better

the only lacking feature was the gym

swimming pool and gym not big enough, breakfast could be better

they were very caring towards one guest's dog who was having anxiety, and they went around at breakfast chatting with guests and making sure they were

the kitchen was fully equipped also

and comfortable and we were able to have our dog stay which was an added bonus, along with a full kitchen and fridge

we got a late start and had to get to our destination so we didn't have time for breakfast

wonderful experience walking through your front doors, and into the formidable/amazing lobby and bar area, to the lovely dining rooms, and very impressive personnel, just doesn't match the rooms

there was three levels of room service included in our stay which was different, we chose just towels/trash and there were

acted as a concierge making our stay wonderful and letting us know about all the dining options, late check out, etc

the bed in the victorian spa suite was comfy and i loved the wrap-around curtains encircling it

when you check in, you're given a menu to select your room service breakfast for in the morning if you wish

clean and comfortable rooms. loved the indoor pool. cabin location was private enough and quiet.

we were surprised to learn there was an indoor pool, which we enjoyed using

the indoor pool was great for my family. we all loved the room as well.

loved the fireplace and whirlpool tub, made our stay so relaxing

i wish we had time to use either the indoor or outdoor pool

it served its purpose, but don't expect a huge spa like bathroom

only thing we did not like this year is that they switched to a buffet breakfast like a hotel
