don’t really dislike anything but i would like to suggest that the in room coffee bar have two packages of regular caffeinated coffee

the breakfast burrito bar was great, along with plenty of fruit and cereal options

the breakfast was excellent; starbucks coffee, full hot buffet, burrito bar and fresh fruit yogurt and granola

the burrito bar for breakfast is delicious and the coffee until 11p is great during the winter

only tiny thing is that the guacamole and chips bar was always empty during promised hours

the small kitchen was just the right size

living area was so incredibly cozy and beautifully decorated, the functional and well-stocked kitchen adorable, the bed was so comfortable

the living room was very enjoyable and the kitchen quite adequate

we had 3 separate rooms: bedroom with nice tiled bathroom, cute tiled full kitchen, and a living room with nice tv, decor and mini fireplace

hallway was also quite noisy room service took almost 3 times the quoted time and was

this hotel allows dogs and along with the extra room service charges, these should have been advertised upfront

the spa and pool were actually heated and usable. very nice outdoor pool and 2 hot tubs.

wifi was slow and kept cutting out

their attached restaurant was their room service and it was amazing

didn't get the $15 del charro credit or the kids crawl package to the bug museum that is advertised on the website

the heated pool was a great treat for the kids and the included breakfast was far better than your 'standard' hotel continental offering

great breakfast buffet .... superior wifi ... at center of town .... overall a great place .....

we love the he pool and the complimentary happy hour daily-best cookies on earth with homemade sherry

the bar was cozy, yet large and had very good food prices during happy hour

was closed on monday, therefore no room service available

perfect time to stay is mid-week. had the new saltwater pool and deck almost by ourselves.
