breakfast each morning was good especially being able to make waffles

we had all the free water we could handle kids loved it

the house does not match the photos. the kitchen, the apartment, everything was old and dirty.

the counter staff was very helpful to address our laundry needs

staff arrange early check in for us to drop off luggage

no room service

check in i complained about the fact that i was not aloud to bring my luggage, including a laundry basket of my three year olds clothes, into the building while it was freazing rain outside

stayed for 2 weeks and got room service only 3 times.

wifi is very slow and not stable.

firdge was not working and of course no one could fix or replace it the room was not fitted for kids

great tv, pool and breakfast

no pool but i get it crazy times where living in

gym equipament obsolete and out of order. poor breakfast

those kids are too playful sometimes. they should maintain and quiet at night.
