laundry room door was continually left open

gym facilities were great too, when we were stuck inside when it rained it was great to utilize

gym was very outdated, stopped working out the second i started

friendly staff ready to be at your service, nice breakfast, ample parking, laundry on premises *if needed*, beach just across the street

now only operates on week-ends so we had to make other arrangements for getting downtown or the casino

would like to have a different kind if sweet bread for breakfast only had coffee cake

the suite was an excellent size, the bed was amazing and the kids loved the indoor pool

mirror and very nice shower with no curtain but instead a textured glass wall and beautiful tile, spa showerhead, very comfortable beds with extra pillows and upgraded linens, kitchenette was nice

this time we brought our kids (11, 13, &16) and, due to issues with booking

room to park our boat, nice location

there was a fighting machine with a man and women out in the parking lot the night or early morning

good location, easy parking and rooms have been updated.

the access was a quarter mile downhill and in a residential area where parking is not appreciated

we really enjoyed having everything within walking distance: pool, gym, restaurants and stores

pinehurst studio queen studio kitchen condo was nothing like the pictures on the website

check-in and shared pool/spa facilities were a bit of a let down

the ice rink was closed, the restaurant we wanted to try was closed, the spa was closed which is what we came for, ski lift closed
