friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast and best coffee available 24 h

we got a delux suite and the spa tub was super loud therefore not relaxing

tub/spa wasn’t working , the tv wasn’t working (no sound), items in the room were broken and

the suite was amazing, we loved the room and the spa tub. very comfy and very clean

staff was amazing! free breakfast was excellent!

smart tv is a plus with the free wifi

very grateful for free parking right in front of the room

spa tub was very big, the jets worked perfectly

parking lot and walk ways were very icy they were not salted or sanded the room was a lot smaller

at 8pm and told our rooom was not available and instructed to go have a drink at the bar downstairs

room was magnificent and they accommodated an early check in

confusing room service buttons

d i was recovering from a small injury to my leg so it was really

only tiny tiny things were that the wifi was a bit slow and you couldn t open the windows (granted we were on the top floor so (+) light dimmers and free wifi (-)wifi was slow (-) wifi password was changed overnight and we were not given the correct new

awesome decor, well outfitted kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of room. quiet building.

bar and restaurant were closed for private events two nights in a row

had room service breakfast delivered however it took a couple of days for staff to remove it from our

wifi was very sketchy
