staff were very helpful and friendly plenty of entertainment in the main bar and food and drink very cheap

kids eat free at weekends staff were great, really friendly and helpful

not suitable on weekends for families travelling with kids due to pub and club.

in my bedroom (which was really a suite) wifi was a little slow - so in the evenings i mostly worked in the magnificent drawing room - wifi (-)i couldn't get onto wifi at all (-)wifi could be improved. when on business good wifi is important. (-)get onto the wifi - there were 3 possible passwords, tried all 3, i possibly typed in wrong, but lost interest (+) no issues with wifi during our stay (-)wifi could be better in rooms (+) wifi issues, but could get online in lounge, with free whisky, so emails completed with varying (-)wifi in the room would be good as signal isn t very good (-) wifi strength was not strong enough for me to work in the evenings (+) good wifi

very pretty house inside a beautiful park, the owners are very friendly, plenty of parking.

the kitchen at the house only catering for breakfast which was excellent

because it was marked private we veered right to the parking at the back of the building

warm welcome from the hotel when we arrived late at night and good breakfast to send us on our

breakfast was fantastic, freshly cooked and plenty of it

excellent food both at dinner and breakfast

recommend spending evening in the bar with the locals

warm welcome by rab and rachel the pint sat on the bar ready for me, the food is so filling and 100% ok (the ribs 300%) the breakfast is so filling
