spa was excellent and staff was beyond wonderful

luxurious rooms, mountain view, good location, easy parking close to room, welcoming staff.

kids loved the pool area and basketball court

pools are great, the gym is world class

amazing hotel. the kids loved the bunk bed

really enjoyed the on-site bar and café

the café / bar / restaurant on the 1st floor had plenty of options and provided a good space throughout the

interesting food, good bar and lobby, nice use of indoor & outdoor spaces

i asked multiple times for a broom or the room to be swept because i have kids it got dirty, never happened

was great, staff at breakfast and front desk great

i liked the size of the room and having a full workable kitchen while on vacation.

the staff was very kind, there was a swimming pool and the breakfast was good.

had hair, wasn’t ready when we arrived, boasts about breakfast and it was just a tiny cabinet of food bagels were hard

breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast - it definitely fit the bill - not a big breakfast eater

the family pool was plain and simole and loud with little kids

room service was great
