our dinner and breakfast were first class as was the accommodation

it can hear pub noises, but my kids i my wife (who don't like any noises at night) sleep well.

all of the property was fantastic. kids loved it too ! especially the free pool table

the family room is a good layout for two adults and two kids

we didn't stay for breakfast but did eat an evening meal which was delicious

impressions were good lots of well spaced parking, friendly efficient staff at reception, good sized room, lovely bathroom

wifi was poor

full of character, lovely restaurant, bar and swimming pool.

gym - due to covid. but it could have been made available

decor a bit tired in places. gym equipment very old.
