the pool/hot tub could maybe do with a bit of renovation, though it was nice and relaxing

no mention on website about gym renovation and it is all out of action

they also have a gym and laundry room, both of them very clean

an on-site launderette with brand new washing and drying machines - bizarrely co-located with a gym and sauna (didn’t use

great cocktails and rooftop bar was very nice

everything except the $150 “one time” pet fee. seems a deposit would have been fine.

only had breakfast the first morning in figs, the hotel restaurant (we had fun trying a different breakfast

wifi was really poor

was interesting- lounge area was nice- property was clean in all respects- coffee bar was good- maid service

the only thing i didn't care for was the kitchen sink was also the bathroom sink

after we were done exploring town the kids had a great time splashing around the indoor pool while we relaxed in the spa

what set it apart was having a lot of extras like laundry, breakfast, pool and hot tub, microwave and refrigerator, loads of space to store gear or

amazing spa treatments

and welcoming, luxury boutique amenities, superb accommodations, wonderful spa and great dining

didn’t try the spa although it is limited to a hot tub and treatments

lovely room in a prime location in jackson. the spa is great.

the price of ~$900/night, i expected a more spacious room and bathroom

loved that they had laundry facilities available at no cost except for detergent

there are also free laundry machines on the floor

some kitchen staff were rude and obviously unhappy to be there

the room was fantastic, breakfast was delicious and the hot tube felt great!

everything was perfect. we really enjoyed the breakfast and also the room service was excellent!

the room service {cleaning and making sure we had clean towels} was awesome

sorry that we did not get to try the dinner since the breakfast was awesome and reasonably priced

i loved the coffee bar in the lobby and the fireplace

would expect there to be some facilities and this hotel is severely lacking

parking, each evening we ended up parking in the parking lot beside the hotel

very plush. nice rooms, free laundry and the parking had improved since our last stay.
