we didn't use neither the kitchen nor the tv
luxurious bathroom and a very functional kitchen made it a welcome sight after a long day on the road
clean, fully well appointed room with a comfy bed bath and small kitchen nice bathroom
nice room, very big, jacuzzi in the room, big restroom, small kitchen (but no cooker/oven), private free parking
little table with 2 chairs, comfortable bed with a huge tv, fireplace, a kitchen with a few items, 2 waters in the fridge and most importantly coffee

room service was also great
there was no wifi signal at the room and we complained two times, but no solution was provided
calls were not forwarded to the room), the same goes for maintenance; also last but not least the wifi in our second room sucked so bad we had to get an extra data add-on for our phones
also, could not get wifi in the room at all which they were unable to resolve

living room and kitchen area were fantastic
lots of seating in breakfast room
trouble with wifi rooms not cleaned until late afternoon and on day not at all
the pool was closed without any notice for maintenance on our second last day.

your first drink is on the house and the bar is grand and welcoming
commented-the soap amenities were sparse as there was only a bar of soap for everything
are all fantastic, the breakfast was the best i've ever had at a hotel, the fire room and front bar are beautiful, loved the complimentary drinks
+complimentary chauffeur service + first drink of each night included, friendly bartender + free breakfast, and one of the best tasting hotel breakfasts i've ever had
the lounge and bar on the ground floor are really lovely - perfect for a game of pool or cards or a drink before

clothes were black they basically stole 100 dollars from me not to mention the room advertised a spa bath there was none

the case then they need to put more than two bath towels in the room—especially given the spa tub
the bed was very comfortable and the spa tub in the kennedy suite was nice.
