we booked a deluxe room and they put us in a basic room. breakfast was served late
and variwd mexican breakfast, waking distance from water park and numerous dining options, nice pool
very friendly staff and the breakfast was delicious.

and the hotel is beautiful and perfect for kids and adults alike
- reception area and restaurant was superb refurbished, but taking a walk around the hotel - kids club was empty
the garden view from the room was beautiful, the garden is a nice addition to the pool area, where there is
like something left from the 90's, the play area was extremely noisy - the pirate ship at the pool was imo

the water in the swimming pool was not clean. the pool was free to use though
pet friendly hotel without extra charge like most of the hotels in mexico
the same is applicable to the parking lot, too small
