the access to the gym and sauna from the parking, the turkish bath was out of service that time
we would ask staff multiple times for towels and we wouldn t get anything til we asked the room service ladies

the kids club
my kids had gone the week before to xcaret in mexico and they thought the did was much better there
service from kids village, breakfast buffet, transportation in the hotel and clean rooms everybody was very
one king room for us, and 2 additional rooms (each with 2 queen beds for our 5 kids)
the girls at the kids club are super sweet with the kids

kids park has now gone
30 to check-in to our room, which was an inconvenience after a 2 hour flight with 2 young kids

didn't use the hotel wifi as i had 40 gb on my phone to use up in a week

the guys at the reception were so lovely and they had breakfast ready and packed for us to take to the airport
