of the main pool, the one with the rocks and waterfalls, it was extremely cold, and only kids were brave enough
wish they had a pool time for just adults as the kids were everywhere
able to spend the heat of the day at this hotel enjoying the pool which was a highlight for my 3 kids
all disposable paper and plastic stuff to the garbage that made us uncomfortable, especially the kids

the pool and outside play area and courtyard were great for hanging out and entertaining the kids
the views and resort feel and heated pool. it was -5 celsius and me and kids still swam
lots of options outside the hotel to play basketball, playground for kids, lawn area, etc
room above us was noisy at times (had kids running around) nevertheless it was understandable.

loved that the spa was located by the playground so i was able to relax and watch my kids play at the same time
space to swim to crowded no space i wanted to swim after my hikes but was no space there - my kids not happy
the room was just what we needed, and on the ground floor too which is great for kids
my kids love the pool and splash pad! perfect location!
kids and i were sick and staff accommodated my wife with room service
