loved the location, the water features--pool and the national park, the architectural features of the old building

wifi was really slow, and sometimes no wifi at all

wifi was very bad

liked everything, i will only say they could improve their gym, since we love to work out every am

the room service waiters and the porters are very professional

the pool was great

pool should be heated to be able to use it in this location

the pool had no slide like advertised

gorgeus view, pool was clean and beautiful, you can smell the forest and breathe clean air.

grounds were beautiful. staff was very nice. lovely pool.
